Recently I started a small project considering the potential of digital transformation initiatives in the context of the COVID 19 crisis. When I began the research I could not have imagined that the quote above from Kathleen Bot (in early May) would have such resonance today amidst the continuing pandemic and protests in response to the killing of George Floyd.

I recently had the good fortune to lead a great consulting project, and since I’m currently between projects I decided to share what I learned during this last one. As the title notes, the project scope was straightforward - recommend the best DAM vendor for the client.

I assume that every consultant has their first independent project, and this is a post about mine. I'm not sure if I should be sharing this, but I made several critical mistakes that impacted my deliverable. There are no technical lessons to be learned here, but perhaps several strategic for consultants or solutions practictioners.
